- Responsibilities: 1.1. Command and execute operations related to disaster prevention and mitigation. 1.2. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 1.3. Supervise the inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness. 1.4. Direct the formulation of disaster prevention and mitigation plans and operational planning. 1.5. Supervise the preparation of procurement documents in accordance with the annual operation plan. 1.6. Oversee the procurement, distribution, and monthly reporting of fuel consumption. 1.7. Collect statistics and report disaster-related performance results to government agencies. 1.8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
2. Mr. Jakkaphong Nantaharn, Administrative Officer (Operational Level) - Responsibilities:
2.1. Perform administrative, clerical, and general management tasks. 2.2. Draft annual/supplementary budget ordinances, including budget transfers, revisions, and clarifications for the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 2.3. Formulate annual/supplementary local development plans and operational plans for the division. 2.4. Supervise the procurement, distribution, and monthly reporting of fuel consumption. 2.5. Manage procurement and contracting for the fiscal year. 2.6. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 2.7. Draft and type official correspondence for both internal and external agencies. 2.8. Record statistics and report disaster prevention and mitigation performance to government agencies. 2.9. Organize and maintain official documents according to the clerical filing system. 2.10. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
3. Mr. Sakol Panping, Driver and Administrative Assistant - Responsibilities:
3.1. Formulate annual/supplementary local development plans and operational plans for the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 3.2. Draft annual/supplementary budget ordinances, including budget transfers, revisions, and clarifications for the division. 3.3. Prepare the annual procurement and contracting plan. 3.4. Develop expenditure plans for the annual/supplementary budget of the division. 3.5. Manage the procurement, distribution, and monthly reporting of fuel consumption. 3.6. Handle procurement, repairs, and maintenance for supplies, tools, and equipment. 3.7. Prepare procurement documents, payment vouchers, and monitor remaining budget balances. 3.8. Control the use of central vehicles in compliance with government regulations. 3.9. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
4. Mr. Rittiwut Suntorn, Assistant Administrative Officer - Responsibilities:
4.1. Register incoming mail, process official endorsements, and handle general memos and petitions. 4.2. Draft and type official correspondence for both internal and external agencies. 4.3. Submit official documents and coordinate administrative tasks with other divisions or departments. 4.4. Organize and maintain official documents according to the clerical filing system. 4.5. Prepare meeting minutes and maintain operational records for the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 4.6. Prepare performance evaluation forms for municipal officials, mission-oriented employees, and general staff. 4.7. Manage the procurement, distribution, and monthly reporting of fuel consumption. 4.8. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 4.9. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
5. Mr. Thanongsak Jaigun, Firefighter and Administrative Assistant - Responsibilities: 5.1. Formulate disaster prevention and mitigation plans.
5.2. Draft and type official documents, record statistics, and prepare reports on various public disasters. 5.3. Organize activities and training programs related to disaster management. 5.4. Serve as the webmaster, information technology administrator, and official photographer for the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 5.5. Produce public relations (PR) materials for the division. 5.6. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 5.7. Maintain and service computers and peripheral equipment within the division. 5.8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
6. Mr. Peeraboon Nuanpao, Firefighter and Administrative Assistant - Responsibilities:
6.1. Register incoming mail and process official endorsements. 6.2. Submit official documents and coordinate administrative tasks with other divisions or departments. 6.3. Control the use of central vehicles, supplies, and durable articles in compliance with government regulations. 6.4. Manage the monthly procurement and distribution of fuel. 6.5. Monitor and record the daily work attendance of personnel within the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division. 6.6. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
